Investing in finding the right candidates for the job and developing employees so they can move up are as important to Sephora as developing new products and pursuing new opportunities, the beauty retailer’s chief marketing officer Deborah Yeh said at a virtual marketing event this month. Yeh said that just as Sephora pritorises diversity, equity and inclusion in every aspect of the business, it has also made inclusivity a priority for every corporate employee. “We are evolving our corporate
